On September 5 and 6, our Carte Blanche experience will take on a distinctly local character with an exclusive menu created in partnership with Fermes en Ville. This is a unique chance to discover Montréal’s homegrown bounty and to highlight the vital role of urban agriculture in the city’s economic, culinary, and sustainable development.
