The typical shack is usually built in the heart of the forest, ours is located in the heart of the city and it is serving gourmet twists of Quebec's traditional meals.

Our head Chef, Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, and our team will welcome you for an high-end cultural experience that will delight your whole family. From Pablo’s baked beans in birch syrup to the tender pork shoulder cromesquis braised in strout beer, our Sugar Shack brunch takes the oldest traditions and elevates them to the highest gastronomic standards already reached by Rosélys. Save room for dessert, you won't want to miss out on our maple taffy! The 3-course menu also offers several vegetarian options.
