Over the years, French-born chef Franck Putelat has established a solid reputation. His restaurant La Table de Franck Putelat, in Carcassonne, is known as one of the best tables in the country, and has acquired, since its opening, two Michelin stars.
As part of Montréal en Lumière, Chef Putelat will be in town to cook with the Rosélys Chefs. This 6-course dinner will feature some of his most popular dishes, as well as creations designed with our brigade.
