On May 22, Rosélys is pleased to welcome two-Michelin-starred chef Chele Gonzalez for an exclusive gastronomic evening.


For this special occasion, he will join forces with our chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, alongside Head Chef Rodrigo from Asador Alfonso, to present a five-course tasting menu inspired by the culinary universe of his acclaimed restaurants in the Philippines: Gallery by Chele and Asador Alfonso.


This unique collaboration unfolds as a journey between Asian and Spanish flavours, shaped by the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines and Spain. Each dish reflects a cuisine that is contemporary, expressive, and refined, where bold influences meet masterful techniques and exceptional ingredients.
