An Evening with First Nations Chef Lysanne O'Bomsawin

June 19, 2026

In honour of National Indigenous History Month, Rosélys is proud to welcome Lysanne O’Bomsawin for a special evening celebrating the richness and diversity of Indigenous culinary traditions.

On Friday, June 19, guests are invited to experience a thoughtfully curated four-course menu inspired by the land and its ingredients, reimagined with creativity and respect. The evening will feature dishes such as trout tartare with lingonberries and serviceberries, a comforting sagamité, duck breast with spruce beer and morel sauce served alongside wild rice with hazelnuts and cranberries, and a pawpaw ice cream with elderberry coulis to finish.

A meaningful and flavourful journey, honouring the stories, ingredients, and traditions at the heart of Indigenous cuisine.
