On November 30th, the great wines of the famous Maison Gabriel Meffre will be paired with a 5-course tasting menu created by our Chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin.

On the menu, wines emphasizing both fruit and silkiness, frank dishes enhanced by seasonal flavors and the attendance of Maison Gabriel Meffre's sommelier Guillaume Blisson to present the story behind each pairing.

Gigondas, Domaine de Longue Toque (2018) leather/ limestone/chocolate
